Ramsey Musallam: 3 rules to Spark Learning TED Talk

In this TED Talk you will learn the 3 rules to spark learning! At ThinkTank Learning, we want to inspire spark learning in our students so that they can reach their maximize potential.

Musallam is a Chemistry teacher. At the age of 35 he was diagnosed with a large aneurysm at the base of his thoracic aorta. This led to open-heart surgery and afterwards, tremendously impacted his approach to life. His strategy then became to encourage his students to ask the hard questions, embrace the process of trial and error, and finally do intense reflection upon one’s process.

He then took this strategy to his classroom and students, rule number one: Curiosity comes first. Questions can be windows to great instruction, but not the other way around. Rule number two: Embrace the mess.

He believes if you follow these rules you will truly unlock your potential and be a great learner! We hope this TED Talk will inspire you!
