Melody Mark: Academic Counselor ABD PhD - University of Pennsylvania M.A. in Classics - UC Santa Barbara B.A. in Classics and History - Santa Clara University Having attended and taught for ten years at a liberal arts college, a UC, and an Ivy League, Melody understands how to help students choose which kind of university is best suited for them and what it takes to succeed at each institution. Valerie Zhang: Academic Counselor M.A. in East Asian Studies - UCLA B.A. in Japanese Literature - UC Berkeley Valerie graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in China and as a Chemical Engineering for 2 years. She then moved onto receive a B.A. in Japanese Literature from UC Berkeley, followed by a M.A. in East Asian Studies from UCLA. Up through 2004, she was in the career development office at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, working with the students there. Following this experience, she joined ThinkTank Learning to continue her passion of mentorship with a younger demographic.
